Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Stamp Your Say. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Stamp Your Say helps users write, print, and mail physical letters to public officials, including the President, senators, and representatives. You can write your own letter or use drafting tools to help prepare one.

We are not a government agency, political campaign, lobbying organization, law firm, or public office. We are not affiliated with the White House, Congress, any elected official, or any political party.

Your responsibility for letters

You are responsible for the content you submit and approve. Before paying for mailing, review your letter carefully for accuracy, tone, spelling, recipient, and return address information.

Do not submit content that is threatening, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, unlawful, invasive of privacy, impersonates another person, or infringes someone else's rights.

We may refuse, cancel, or decline to mail a letter if we believe it violates these terms, creates legal or safety risk, abuses the service, or cannot be processed reliably.

AI drafting

AI drafting tools may help turn your topic, tone, and notes into a proposed letter. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or worded in a way you do not intend.

AI-generated drafts are not legal, political, financial, or professional advice. You must review and approve the final letter before mailing.

Name and return address

You agree to provide a real name, email address, and return mailing address that you are authorized to use. Your return address may be printed on the letter or envelope.

Public offices may reject, delay, categorize, or ignore letters that appear anonymous, fake, duplicative, abusive, or bulk-submitted.

Payment and fulfillment

Prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider we may use in the future.

After payment, we prepare your approved letter for printing and mailing. Once a letter has entered printing, postage, or mailing fulfillment, the order may not be cancellable.

If we cannot mail your letter because of an error on our side, we may offer a refund, credit, or re-mailing at our discretion.

Delivery and responses

We use reasonable efforts to print and mail letters correctly, but we cannot guarantee postal delivery dates, acceptance by a public office, staff review, categorization, forwarding, or a response.

Mail to certain offices, including the White House and congressional offices, may be screened, delayed, opened, scanned, routed, or handled by third parties before reaching staff.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the original content you submit. You give us permission to use, copy, format, print, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service.

The Stamp Your Say website, branding, layout, software, and service materials belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Service changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also update pricing, available recipients, drafting options, mailing methods, and fulfillment partners.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free service.

We do not promise that a letter will influence policy, reach a specific official personally, be counted in a specific way, or produce any particular outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stamp Your Say will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, postal delays, or actions by public offices.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for a claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated terms apply when posted unless a later effective date is stated.
